Throughout my life, I've always tried to maintain good health, but in my late 30's I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and was warned by my doctor that I needed to be on blood pressure medication, possibly for the rest of my life if I didn't make some lifestyle changes.
I was prescribed Lisinopril, but didn't make any changes. At that time, I was travelling over 50k motorway miles a year, eating motorway food (McDonald's, Burger King), not getting any exercise and generally living an unhealthy lifestyle
In 2011, I started suffering with anxiety and panic attacks and was also prescribed a beta-blocker called Bisoprolol.
